If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your item. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that customized or altered pieces are not eligible for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund as applicable.

Refunds are only issued in cases where the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect as per your confirmed order. In such cases, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
